Had a strange ‘out of body’ experience today while I was taking a nap. Dreamt that I woke up and tried to reach for my phone only to realise that my physical arm wasn’t actually moving. And I could see myself still sleeping. Realising that I was in a dream, I tried to wake myself up, only to have the whole dream repeat itself for about 5 times before I gave myself a huge jerk and finally woke up. I hope I never get paralysed. I’m sure this must be how one feels with your mind active and body unable to move.
